Meeting rooms sit at the heart of every WeWork India center. Thousands of members walk into these spaces each day expecting their meetings to start instantly without technical friction. Member experience has always been a key design principle for WeWork India. As the company expanded across multiple cities, ensuring a consistent meeting room experience across all locations became increasingly important.

Before 2019, different rooms across centers used different collaboration technologies. While these solutions worked individually, the overall experience varied from room to room. This created inconsistency for members and added operational complexity for their AV and IT team. To address this, WeWork India began working with Zoapi to build a standardized collaboration experience that could scale across all their meeting spaces. What began as a small pilot gradually evolved into a nationwide deployment powering thousands of meeting rooms across India.
