About the role:

Zoapi is seeking to hire a Business Development Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting onsite product demonstrations for customers and partners, showcasing the features and benefits of Zoapi solutions. In addition to sales activities, the role involves providing support to customers and partners during both the presales and post-sale phases by coordinating with our technical support team to ensuring absolute customer success. This position requires excellent communication skills, passion for technology, and a customer-focused approach to ensure the successful sale and implementation of Zoapi Solutions

 

Responsibilities:
  1. Onsite Product Demonstrations: Deliver live, in-depth product demos to customers and partners, showcasing Zoapi’s features, functionality, and benefits in real-world scenarios.
  2. Business Development: Identify new opportunities for business growth by understanding customer needs, gathering market insights, and collaborating with channel partners and distributors.
  3. Customer and Partner Support: Assist customers and partners during the presales process by addressing technical queries, providing product insights, and guiding solution implementation to fit their needs by coordinating with technical support team.
  4. Post-Sale Technical Support: Offer ongoing technical assistance to customers after the sale, ensuring smooth deployment, troubleshooting, and resolving issues as needed by coordinating with technical support team.

 

Qualifications:
  1. College/University degree
  2. 0-2 years of experience in field sales in technical capacity. Freshers can also apply
  3. Interest in technology solutions and an ability to quickly grasp product knowledge.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  5. A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with both clients and partners
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn new technologies, and adapt to evolving business needs. Strong drive and a results-oriented approach, with the motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
  7. Open to training and continuous learning to grow within a business development role in a technical environment.
  8. Any exposure to business development and field sales would be a plus
