Zoapi is seeking a Technical Support Specialist, who will be based out of their R&D Center in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be diligent with a proven track record in a technical support and maintenance roles. He/she will be tasked with answering queries from customers and channel partners on the technical aspects of the various Zoapi products, helping resolve on-field issues and provide installation and deployment support.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to technical queries from customers and channel partners over phone, email and remote sessions
• Identify and help resolve issues faced by customers with in-field deployments
• Provide installation support for new deployments when required, both remotely and on-site
• Travel to customer site, when required, to triage issues and assist in deployment
• Work with Zoapi Engineering team to identify critical issues in the product
• Resolve software and hardware defects with Zoapi hardware units
• Assembling and Installing new Zoapi devices
• Demonstrate new Zoapi features to customers and channel partners. Assist sales by providing technical solutions to customer requirements
• Manage and Track issue tickets to closure

 Basic Qualifications:

• College/University degree
• 2 -3 years of Audio-Visual or IT experience in a technical support role
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, distributor, partners and consultants. Should be proficient in English and Hindi
• Disciplined and organized
• Ability to take on a multitude of tasks, assignments, and responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with administering Office 365 and Google Workplace portfolio products
• Experience with installing, maintaining, administration, and repair of Windows-based OS and allied products
• Experience with administrating and deploying Video Conferencing and AV products from OEMs like Polycom, Cisco, Logitech, Zoom, etc
