Google Workspace – Create Resource Calendar by Super Admin

To integrate Zoapi solutions with meeting room resources, it is essential to have calendar resources set up in your Google Workspace.

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough for creating calendar resources in Google Workspace by a super admin.

The Google Workspace super admin is responsible for creating these room resources and ensuring they are properly configured for booking/scheduling. Once created, these resources can be integrated with Zoapi in the Zoapi dashboard and mapped to Zoapi Hub and Zoapi Scheduler products.

Please note that newly added resources can take up to 24 hours to automatically reflect calendar events.

If you haven’t added Zoapi Hub and Zoapi Scheduler to your dashboard yet, please refer to the Adding Hub to Dashboard and Adding Scheduler to Dashboard guide before starting the integration process.

If you have already created resource calendar as a super admin and need to delegate access to another user (typically an IT manager) for integration, then check the guide Google Workspace – Delegate Calendar Resource to a User account
