Google Workspace – Delegate Resource Calendar to a User account
To integrate Zoapi solutions with meeting room resources, it is essential to have the required room resources set up in your Google Workspace. Additionally, the user account used for the integration must have the necessary delegate access to manage these resources effectively.
This guide provides a walkthrough for delegating room resources in Google Workspace to an user account by super admin. The Google Workspace super admin delegates access to a user account (IT manager or a common IT account). This allows integration and mapping of the room resources to Zoapi using the designated user account.
If you have not yet created a calendar resource, then check the guide Google Workspace – Create Resource Calendar by Super Admin
