Microsoft O365 Integration with Zoapi Hub and Scheduler
Seamless integration of Microsoft O365 Calendar with Zoapi Hub and Scheduler is a crucial step in configuring Zoapi solutions. This guide outlines the integration process to ensure efficient synchronization between Zoapi and Microsoft O365 Calendar.
Choosing the Right Calendar for Microsoft O365 Integration #
Zoapi supports integration with both user calendars and room resource calendars:
- User Calendar – Ideal for personal setups, such as private offices or individual workspaces. Follow the Direct integration step for User Calendar integration
- Room Resource Calendar – Recommended for shared spaces like meeting rooms and classrooms. This can either be done by delegating the resource calendar or directly integrating with the resource calendar.
Follow the steps below to complete the integration. Each step includes a link to a detailed guide. Skip any steps that do not apply to your setup.
Step 1: Create a Resource Calendar (If needed) #
If you are integrating a user calendar or have already created a resource calendar in Microsoft O365, you can skip this step. Otherwise, as a Microsoft 365 Super Admin, create the required room resources by following our step-by-step guide:
Microsoft O365 – Create Resource Calendar by Super Admin
Step 2: Delegate the Resource Calendar (If needed) #
If you are integrating directly with a user calendar or have already assigned a resource calendar to the user account for integration, this step can be skipped. Otherwise, as an Administrator, grant the necessary permissions to an IT Manager or a shared IT account that will be used for Zoapi integration. Follow our detailed guide:
Microsoft O365 – Delegate Resource Calendar to a User Account
Step 3: Integrate and Map with Zoapi Hub #
Assigning multiple room resources to a single IT account enables you to map different meeting rooms to multiple Zoapi Hubs with a single authentication. If you are integrating a user account or want to integrate using direct resource email id, refer to Step5. Follow this guide to integrate and map your user or resource calendar with Zoapi Hub:
Microsoft O365 Calendar – Integration and Mapping to Zoapi Hub
Step 4: Integrate and Map with Zoapi Scheduler #
Similarly, managing multiple room resources through a single IT account allows you to map different meeting rooms to Zoapi Scheduler with a single authentication. If you are integrating a user account or want to integrate using direct resource email id, refer to Step6. Follow this guide to complete the integration:
Microsoft O365 Calendar – Integration and Mapping to Zoapi Scheduler
Step 5: Integrate and Map with Zoapi Hub – Direct #
If you are integrating user calendar or wish to integrate resource calendar without delegating to another account, you can follow this guide:
Microsoft O365 – Integration and Mapping to Zoapi Hub – Direct
Step 6: Integrate and Map with Zoapi Scheduler – Direct #
If you are integrating user calendar or wish to integrate resource calendar without delegating to another account, you can follow this guide:
