User Profile Creation and Calendar Integration
Creating a user profile and logging into Zoapi allows users to personalize their experience and sync their personal or professional calendar for seamless one click meeting join. User preferences are account based and remain consistent across supported Zoapi platforms.
This guide explains the benefits of creating a user profile and the steps to sign up and log in.
Note: The Zoapi Client App is used here for demonstration. The process is similar on the browser version.
Why should I use user profile: #
- Zoapi saves your preferred settings and configurations. These settings will remain the same across Desktop, Browser, and the Mobile App (coming soon).
- No need to enter your name every time you join a meeting.
- Connect multiple calendars such as personal and work
- Join scheduled meetings from your calendar with one click without booking through the room calendar
Step by Step Guide to User Login #
- Open the Zoapi App and click Sign Up / Log In at the top right corner. Select Sign Up if you are creating a new account.


- Choose your login method. You can sign up using Google, Office 365, or create an account using your email and password.

- Grant permission by selecting the checkbox and clicking Continue to allow Zoapi to sync your calendar. Zoapi does not store or access meeting content and follows strict security and privacy practices.

- Once your account is created, you can use the same steps to log in. To connect additional calendars, click the profile icon and select Integration. From there you can add a new calendar, renew an existing connection if credentials change, or remove a calendar.

Can I connect more than one calendar?

No. You can still join meetings without creating a profile. However, creating a profile allows you to save preferences and connect your calendar for a better experience. -
Does Zoapi access or store my meeting data?
No. Zoapi only accesses calendar information required to show and join meetings. Meeting content is not stored or recorded. Your Calendar fetched directly on the app on your device without storing and processing on the cloud. -
What should I do if my calendar stops syncing?
If your calendar password changes or the connection expires, go to the Integration section in your profile and renew the calendar connection. -
Can I use the same Zoapi account across different devices?
Yes. Your Zoapi account works across supported platforms including Desktop and Browser. Your preferences will stay the same across devices. -
Can I remove a connected calendar later?
Yes. You can remove any connected calendar from the Integration section in your profile at any time. -
Can I join the meetings from Room Calendar after Login?
Yes. Zoapi supports multiple ways to join meeting. Zoapi’s smart select features allows you to join the meeting with one click by highlighting the most relevant meeting from room calendar and my calendar section. -
Are my settings saved if I switch devices?
Yes. Settings are linked to your account and remain consistent across platforms. - What happens if I log out?
Your calendar meetings will no longer appear until you log in again.
