Overview #
Zoapi Hub supports VNC (Virtual Network Computing), allowing IT Admins to remotely troubleshoot Zoapi Hubs from their desks without needing to visit the meeting rooms. Zoapi Hub comes with a bundled VNC server that can be enabled via the dashboard under security settings. Please note that the bundled VNC service is compatible only with version 10.8140 and above. This is applicable for Zoapi Hub Share, Zoapi Hub Meet and Zoapi Hub Connect.
Enabling VNC for the Zoapi Hub #
- Login to the Zoapi Dashboard and click on the “settings” icon for the device that needs to be accessed.
- If necessary, change the default VNC password or note down the current VNC password. Ensure this password is kept secure and avoid sharing it with anyone.
