Zoapi Hub Release Notes – 2026

Zoapi Release V10.9524  #

Version: 10.9524  (Feature Update)
Date: February 18, 2026
Summary of Changes since v10.9356

Hub #

  • Added a new Minimal Layout to the Hub. It joins the existing Classic and Interactive modes and is the default layout for new Hub installations. The Minimal Layout reduces visual clutter, presents a clean and modern interface, improves the visual appeal of the meeting room screen, and helps users get started with minimal confusion
  • New Calendar Lock Feature that allows users to lock the calendar. When the calendar is locked – meeting title and details do not appear – only the schedule is shown; attempting to start a meeting – launches as a guest. With the Calendar unlocked – calendar details become visible and the meetings are launched with the configured profile.
  • Updated Sidebar UI for Classic and Minimal Layouts
  • Changes to Power Profile Management for Hub devices – to better handle aggressive power management policies on Windows 11 which impact behavior of peripherals

Apps #

  • Introducing the all new web client
    • Clean and Modern UX, featuring a simplified flow helping users discover available workflows and options
    • Improved Screen Share experience – with improvements to quality, stability and latency
    • Support for User Sign-In – Allows users to connect their personal calendars and launch meetings from their own calendars on the hub
    • Network Quality indicators
    • Audio Share support on Chrome for MacOS running MacOS 15 and above
  • All new Native Clients for Windows & Mac
    • New clients with experience that visually and functionally matches the browser
    • Supported on 64-bit Windows 10 & 11, and ARM64 Macs running MacOS 15 and above
    • You can now share an app window, or if the device has multiple displays, choose one of them
    • MacOS installs no longer require the ZoapiAudio driver for sharing Audio (MacOS 15 and above)
    • Older native clients are deprecated. The upgrade workflow remains seamless without any major interruption to users
    • The new clients remain backward compatible with devices running older versions of Hub
    • Supports ‘Connect from Any Network’ feature

Dashboard #

  • The entire Apps section has now been moved into a new tab under Hub settings. Apps can be installed on multiple devices using bulk settings
  • Since the Apps section has been moved under Hub settings, Co-Admin Roles will get the ability to install/uninstall/update apps based on View/Edit privilege assignment for the assigned tags
  • New option to enable/disable “Connect from Any Network”. This allows admins to enable connect over internet – allowing guests to connect to the device from external networks. This feature is available for devices with Premium Subscriptions
  • The Settings > General > Interactive Mode setting has been removed. It has been replaced with a new “Home Screen Layout” setting which allows users to select between Classic, Interactive and Minimal Layouts
  • These Apps have been deprecated – On devices where these are installed – the dashboard will only allow uninstallation: Webex Teams and Workplace
  • These new Apps are now available – Island Browser, Yealink, Jabra Direct
  • “Security > File Explorer” – the setting used to allow Hub users to open the file explorer has been removed. To enable/disable File Explorer – use the entry under the Apps table
  • Added a new setting Mic Audio Gain in Hub

Bug-Fixes #

  • FIXED  – Multiple content files with the same name would cause the device to always render only one of the files
  • FIXED  – Teams in Guest mode – when local shares screen, and remote tries to share their screen, does not allow the remote share to start
  • FIXED  – Hub Connect installed on MaxHub panels – would detect a built-in window and treat it as an opened app – impacting workflows
  • FIXED  – Auto Start of Zoapi Hub with Connect Licenses would fail to start
  • FIXED  – Clients would fail to connect to port-forwarded IPs when attempting to connect by IP in the browser
  • FIXED –  Mouse Scroll would not work with the Remote on the Web Client
