Redistribution. You are not allowed to redistribute full or any part of this application for any commercial or non commercial purpose. This software is solely for the purpose of usage by you and your organization only.
Use of name of the application, brand, authors, owner and developer : Zoapi Innovations Private Ltd rules, if any, regarding the use of its name and your ability to make claims regarding Zoapi or your use of the Applications and its privacy policy can be found at https://share.zoapi.com/zoapi/v0/client/privacy. As a condition to your license, you agree to abide by all such rules.
General
No other rights are granted by implication, estoppel or otherwise.
If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the terms of this Agreement, and without further action by the parties hereto, such provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision valid and enforceable.
Your rights under this Agreement shall terminate if you fail to comply with any of the material terms or conditions of this Agreement and do not cure such failure in a reasonable period of time after becoming aware of such noncompliance. If all your rights under this Agreement terminate, you agree to cease use of the Sample Applications and any derivative works thereof immediately.
