This Privacy Policy applies only to the Zoapi Apps, Devices and the https://zoapi.com and https://share.zoapi.com websites, henceforth refered to as “Zoapi Products” or “Our Products”, and is valid for users and visitors of the Zoapi Products with regards to the information that they shared and collected or processed by us in Zoapi.

- Information associated with an account you may register with us to manage the Zoapi Products. This information may include username, company names, email ids, addresses and telephone numbers
- Calendar Integrations: Calendars may be integrated by Zoapi Product users or an administrator managing the Zoapi Product account on behalf of the user.
- If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide

Cookies and Session Store
We may use Browser session storage and Cookies on our websites. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information. The browser session storage may be used to provide some functionality required by Zoapi products.

Third Party Privacy Policies
Third-Party Applications and Services, like Video Conferencing applications, can be installed or used on the Zoapi products. These maybe provisioned or installed through the Zoapi product services and websites. These applications are governed by their own End User License Agreements, Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. Zoapi’s privacy policy does not apply to these products. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party applications for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.
Also note that some of the applications available with the Zoapi products may have been installed by your system administrator.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We may share your information with our third-party vendors, to provide, support and improve Zoapi Products and Technical Infrastructure with services like emails and payment gateways.
We may be required to disclose your information for compliance with legal process or as required by applicable laws.

Zoapi Products use cloud services hosted on Digital Ocean servers located in Bangalore, India (share.zoapi.com) and San Fransisco, United States (zoapi.com). We retain your Personal Information as long as a legitimate business or legal need requires us to do so.
Zoapi Products are accessible globally and Personal Information may be transferred, stored and processed outside of the country or region where it was initially collected
If we transfer your personal information from the European Economic Area to a country outside of it and are required to apply additional safeguards to your personal information under European data protection legislation, we will do so.
