About the Role:

As the Head of Sales (India) at Zoapi, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth through strategic planning, effective management, and strong leadership. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, building, and maintaining customer relationships, and expanding our market presence.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Build effective partner connect program and setup and manage Zoapi’s distribution channel.
  • Establish sales targets, metrics, and KPIs, and track performance against goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and customer segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, channel partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Zoapi’s products, services, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and tactics.

 

 Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in driving sales teams in Enterprise B2B segment preferably in audio visual/collaboration industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the technology or related industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and achieve targets.
